Is there a minimum order?

Yes, a minimum suited to your point-of-sale format, defined together at the first conversation. The aim: a shelf that turns, not overstock.

How does delivery work?

Refrigerated shipping in Switzerland, cold chain maintained from our workshop to your point of sale. Reorder frequencies are set to your zone and your rhythm.

How do I store the products on the shelf?

Chilled, in the refrigerated aisle. Our products are unpasteurised; the storage date is on every batch.

Can we taste the range before listing?

Yes. The discovery box and samples let you offer the recipes to your team and your customers to taste.

Can you produce in large volumes (5, 10, 20 kg)?

Yes. We produce in volume — 5 / 10 / 20 kg buckets and vacuum-packed 2 to 5 kg depending on use. Volume is one of our strengths: tell us your need and we set the format and pace.

Do you offer bespoke recipes or packaging?

Yes. We adapt the recipe (cut, acidity, intensity), the packaging and the labelling, and can develop a recipe exclusive to your establishment in equal quantities.

Do you work with restaurants, hotels and institutions?

Yes: restaurants, caterers, hotels, collective kitchens, care homes and hospitals. We provide professional formats, technical sheets and per-batch traceability. Any integration into a medical setting remains to be validated by your nutrition, hygiene or catering managers.

What are the trade prices and terms?

Prices, minimums and billing terms are shared on request and defined together according to your business.
